In 2022, 833 students from nine Arab countries participated in the competition. The competition was conducted in two stages, where 442 students participated in the final stage in four areas: visual packaging, structural packaging, save the Food, and Smart Waste.
The Faculty of Arts and Design Students won six prizes in three areas of the competition at the level of Egyptian universities. Moreover, these projects were supervised by Dr. Ahmed Attia and Teaching Assistants Amira Sabri, Eng. Marian Magdy, Eng. Nisreen Heikal, and Eng. Nada Amin.

- Rana Khaled Zidan - Third place.
- Nada Hatem Atwa Sayed- Third place (Repeated)
Save the Food
- Toqa Islam Abdel-Khaleq- First place.
- Dina Osama Mohamed Sobhi - Third place.
