My Beginnings Project program

New achievement for the Faculty of Pharmacy, MSA University, two graduation projects for fifth-year students won in the “My Beginnings Project” program to support graduation projects in 2022/2023, which was launched by the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology.

 

The winning projects were selected based on linking the graduation projects ideas to industrial requirements, creating new research projects, and aligning them with the sustainable development goals of Egypt's Vision 2030.

 

The First Project: valuing citrus waste and converting it into a medically effective anti-acne drug,

The Second Project: Studying the role of altered mitochondrial non-coding RNA (mitomiR) genotype in the development of neuroinflammation in Parkinson's disease and its possible use as a diagnostic and therapeutic target,
