Winners of the "Henna Firewood" Competition

Honoring the Faculty of Arts and Design team that won first place in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (MSMEDA) competition,,,

 

The faculty team participated for the fourth year in a row in the “Our Heritage” exhibition in the “Henna Firewood” competition organized by the Small, Medium and Micro Enterprise Development Agency to develop new products made from henna firewood material under the patronage of the President of the Republic, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, as part of the agency’s initiative to develop craft clusters and the experimental phase.

 

The winning products were displayed at the "Our Heritage" Exhibition, held from October 8 to 11 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center.

 

The competition was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tariq Saleh - Dean of the College, and the team consisted of:

 

  • Dr. Ahmed Attia - Responsible for the visual identity design team and general manager of the competition.
  • Dr. Nada Ahmed Ibrahim Areisha - Responsible for the Product Design Team.
  • Lecturer Islam Amin Jamil Amin - Product design and presentations.
  • Eng. Rawan Ashraf Salah El-Din Zaki - Product Design.
  • Eng. Ahmed Ayman Abdel Aleem - Visual identity design.
  • Eng. Yara Faisal Ahmed Saleh - Visual identity design.
  • Graduate/ Fadi Hani Ishaq Hilal – Product Design.
  • Student/ Maryam Ayman Fathi - Visual identity design.
  • Student/ Aya Amjad Mahmoud Al-Hamad - Product Design.
