The Egyptian Minister of Environment, Dr. Khaled Fahmy visits MSA University

On 14th of May 2018, the Minister of Environment visits MSA University and was received and greeted by Dr. Nawal El Degwi, Chairman of The Board of Trustees, DR. Khairy Abdul Hamid, the President of the University accompanied by the esteemed deans of the University’s faculties.

While touring the 50 acres of the campus, the Minister was impressed by the University’s high aspirations for the students and apprentices in providing them with an environmental friendly atmosphere of large grassroots lands, trees and flowers.

During his visit, the Minister toured the campus and learned more about the University’s faculties, activities and programs whilst being introduced to some of the student’s graduation and research projects, by which he was very impressed as he praised the students for proving their exceptional academic and practical performance.

The visit lasted for five hours, which included a seminar attended by students from various faculties in which the Minister discussed the importance of research and proceeded with answering several inquiries asked by the students. The seminar preceded with the Minister’s deliberation on the Ministry’s strategy and vision for the future with the purpose of collaborating with the University on behalf of the newly established centers of excellence in the educational institution.
