I understand that all information submitted in connection with my application form is true and correct and must be supported by original documents, otherwise my application will be automatically rejected. I have read the Website of MSA University and understand the contents thereof. I understand that degrees will not be issued to students who have not completed payment of their tuition or validation fees, nor to students who have not completed total credit hours required for graduation from MSA University. I understand that transcripts will not be issued to students who have not completed payment of their tuition or their validation fees for the British certificates. I understand that application fees, registration fees, transcript fees, lab fees and tuition and validation payments are non-refundable except as specified per the university pamphlet. I understand that MSA University may amend these policies, at the discretion of its Important Links, with or without prior notice to me, and that I must abide by any amendments thereof during my tenure as a student. I understand that the University fees will increase yearly by 5% . I further certify that if I am accepted as an MSA University student, I will abide by the rules and regulations listed in the student handbook, and I understand that MSA University reserves that right to change the provisions therein. I am completely aware that I will not be registered in MSA University until I have submitted my original documents, until I have paid the complete tuition fees on time, and that the Ministry of Higher Education has verified my name among the list of newly accepted students according to their set dates. It is also important to note that no student will be allowed to receive any official and stamped documents from the Ministry of Higher Education before he/ she is registered as a student in the Ministry. According to the previously mentioned terms I am obliged to pay my complete tuition fees before........................... and I will submit all my official documents before........................ I am completely aware that if I do not register for courses on time, do not pay my tuition for any term on time that I will not be registered in MSA University and I will lose my registration in the Ministry of Higher Education.
